1. What type of video games do you play with other people - either FPS or MMO.

2. Are you more likely to play first person shooters with other people or MMOs with other people?

3. Do you ever organize groups, or have you ever been a part of organized groups of game play? Describe how that works.

4. While playing these games, how do you communicate with others in the game? (audio/text)

5. How many people do you usually play with?

6. How do you know these people? Did you meet offline or in the game? If both, can you discuss your experiences with people you have met in the game?

7. Do you communicate with these people outside of the game?

a. If so, how do you communicate with them – via what channels?

b. What do you talk about?

8. Do you ever physically meet gamers for gaming together?

a. If yes, how often?

9. Do you ever physically meet gamers for non-gaming purposes?

10. If the game was taken away would you still feel the need to communicate with your fellow gamers?

11. When the participants are done, you should get some demographic information from them: age, sex, occupation
