to work on what gear your after or equivalent I have put in sometime swapping gear around for what looks like new bis for a few jobs.
Looks like acc cap will be 520 for tanks/physical dps 495-500 for smn and 470-480 for casters. While I could be wrong on this I was consistently getting these numbers as I was moving around the gear pieces. Also I'm going to working on some threads on what new most moves do what If I don't find a video on them first. I'll post that as well.
