Here's a BG thread that also has a bunch of useful raw numbers/info as well as good discussion. The ability section lists the raw potency per execute time of each ability, which is pretty neat.
I've no idea how useful the rotational information is, as I don't currently play a BLM, but I'd probably lean toward the findings of the guy who went to all the trouble making that spreadsheet for such specifics.
